Duties, Duties and Powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act: The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Additional Railway Administrator shall be as follows:-
(a) to construct, operate or repair any structure for electrical equipment, power supply and distribution related to railway work, (b) constructing or altering and removing or replacing any structure, telephone line and other facility for railway purposes, (c) To carry out other works necessary for the construction, maintenance, improvement related to railway operations,
(d) To prepare short-term and long-term plans and annual budgets and programs of the Board and submit them to the Board (e) To implement, arrange or monitor the plans and programs approved by the board (f) To prepare and submit the proposal of the subject to be approved by the board and to implement the decisions made by the board, (g) To coordinate with the relevant bodies of the provincial government and the local level regarding the expansion of railway services and train operations, and
(h) To do other work as specified.
